Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation and initial payment To start any branding service, an initial payment of 100% is required, which secures the project's reservation in our calendar. This payment is non-refundable. 2. Project confirmation The project is considered confirmed only when the client makes the initial payment and sends the necessary information to begin (name, references, style, texts, etc.). 3. Delivery time Delivery times may vary depending on the plan chosen. The estimated time frame will be counted from the moment the client sends all the required information. Delays in sending information will result in delays in the final delivery. 4. Review and approvals Each plan includes a specific number of revisions. Any additional changes outside the scope of the plan will incur an extra cost. The client must review and approve progress within the specified time frame to maintain the flow of the project. 5. Final files The final files (PNG/JPG) are delivered at the end of the project. Editable files (AI/PSD/SVG) are only delivered in plans that include them and only after full payment has been made. 6. Client responsibility The client agrees to provide clear, complete, and accurate information for the development of the branding. The accuracy of the content provided is the responsibility of the client. 7. Pauses and abandonment of the project If the client fails to respond for more than 14 days, the project will be considered paused. After 30 days without communication, it will be terminated without the right to a refund. 8. Refunds No refunds will be made for work already started, progress delivered, or reservations made. The initial payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. 9. Changes outside the scope Modifications that significantly alter the approved concept (new ideas, total changes, new logos, complete redesigns) are considered an additional project and will incur an extra cost. 10. Use and rights Once payment is complete, the client obtains the rights to use the final design. KATLING GLOBAL GROUP LLC reserves the right to include the pieces in its professional portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.
